Washington Lake Construction

Washington Lake Construction LLC is not named after, affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected in any way to Lake Washington the body of water, King County, the City of Seattle, or any government agency that manages the lake or its shoreline. We're a privately owned construction company that chose a name reflecting the region we serve. Any resemblance between our name and the lake's name is intentional as a description of location, not a claim of affiliation.

We don't ask you to trust a number because someone said so. We put it in writing, you sign it, and then we are held to it.

That is a structure, not a sentiment. You can hold the signed estimate against the final invoice yourself and see whether the two match. If the two ever fail to match, you have it in writing that we broke our own rule.

You can also check our registration with Washington State directly. That is the check we would want you to run on any contractor before letting them into your house.

Washington Lake Construction LLC is registered with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries. Look us up on the L&I contractor lookup before you sign any estimate. That is the check we would want you to run on anyone.

We answer our own phone and we run our own jobs. The person who walks your space is the person accountable for the number on your estimate.

We serve the Greater Seattle area, including Seattle, Bellevue, Renton, Kent, Tacoma, Everett, and everywhere between Spanaway and Arlington. We cover the I-5 corridor from Spanaway in the south to Arlington in the north.
