This policy explains how Washington Lake Construction LLC ("WLC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit builtbywlc.com or contact us through the site. WLC is a residential contractor registered with Washington State Labor & Industries, registration number WASHILC744NU, located at 14212 SE 38th St, Bellevue, WA 98006.
We collect only what you give us and what your browser sends automatically.
The site has no user accounts and does not take payments online. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information, and you should not send them to us through the site. We are not a health care provider and we do not collect consumer health data.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here.
The Meta pixel runs on every page of this site and reports two events: PageView when a page loads, and Lead when a contact form is submitted. It may set or read cookies in your browser. This site is meant for adults who own or manage property. We do not direct the site to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
We keep lead and project information for as long as needed to serve you and then for up to seven years, which covers our tax, warranty, and contractor record keeping. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then overwritten. Photos you upload are kept with the related lead or job record and deleted on request unless they document completed work we are required to keep.
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transmission of form data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
