Everything on this site is general information about the kinds of work we do in the Greater Seattle area. It is not construction advice, engineering advice, legal advice, or a promise about your particular home. Conditions vary from house to house, and only an in-person visit tells us what your project actually needs.
We do not publish prices on this site. Every quote is free. Your price depends on measurements, materials, access, condition of the existing structure, permits, and scope.
The project images on this site are 3D models built to show what a typical job of that type looks like. They are illustrations, not photographs of completed WLC projects, and they are not a representation of the exact materials, finishes, dimensions, or results you will receive. Your finished work will differ.
The video testimonials on this site are real WLC customers speaking about their own projects, and each of them agreed to appear. What one customer experienced on one project is not a promise of the same outcome, timeline, or price on yours.
You cannot hire us, sign anything, or pay anything through this website. Sending a form, a photo, or a message does not create a contract, and we are not obligated to take on your project. A contract exists only when WLC and you sign a written agreement for the work.
The text, images, 3D renderings, videos, logos, and layout on this site belong to WLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. Any other copying, republishing, or commercial use requires our written permission.
