Home additions in Kirkland, King County, priced as one signed number before the work starts. The assessment before pricing is deliberately slow, so permitting and structural work sit inside the number you sign.
Room additions, second storeys and accessory dwelling units. Send the address and what you need the space to do. Residential work in Kirkland is permitted through the City of Kirkland. Whatever the job needs, permitting is written into the scope on your estimate, so you can see who is pulling what before you sign.
The number is the number.
Send the address, a few photos and what you are trying to do. You get a walkthrough, then one signed estimate.
